JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

 

 -  Develop and manage the business in Vietnam 
 -  Enhance OPPLE brand image in Vietnam and achieve sales target 
 - Manage distributors and drive wholesale/retail operation excellence 
 -  Business development (50%) 
 -  Develop new distributors and channels via understanding the territory, wholesale/retail landscape, consumers, competition, etc. 
 -  Increase the current customers productivity 
 -  Account Management (30%) 
 -  Build and maintain the business relationship with distributors and wholesalers
  -  Conduct the monthly business review with accounts, develop the tactical business plan and manage the account growth  
 -  Develop and execute the proper product assortment plan 
 -  Provide the daily support and solve problems 
 -  Go-to-market Process (20%) 
 -  Prepare monthly sales forecast at wholesale level 
 -  Participate in product forecasting, assortment planning, and order taking conferrence process 
 -  Supervise sales assistant and manage distributors and wholesalers in order process, shipment, and launch. 
 
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 
 
 -  Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills) Good command of spoken and written English. Computer literate and presentation skills 
 -  Good level of communication, ability to influence and convince  
 -  Accept to work under pressure, high commitment 
 -  At least 5 years with Management experience 
 -  Salary Rank: upto 2000$ 
 -  Work Location: Ha noi
