JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Direct and oversee an organization's sales policies, objectives, and initiatives
• Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales team to develop their skills to ensure that high professional standards are achieved and monthly sales targets and KPI target are met.
• Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance, training, coaching, reward, and individual recognition.
• Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly.
• Provide sales support to the team, partners and customers to participate in closing or to facilitate and add value to the company“s sales and marketing process.
• Maintain data and service relative to partners, accounts and activities and customer interactions.
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• Proven experience to manage and lead a sale team towards objectives and performances.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation, build customer and prospects relations, organized, detailed and quality oriented.
• Excellent English and Vietnamese verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional working style, undertake further development and intuitive both independently and or accordingly with management.
• Location: Ho Chi Minh City
• Bachelor degree In business or related field and at least 5 years related working experience
• Salary Rank: upto 2000$
