- Lead DuPont's N & H business for Vietnam (US$20-22MM sales)
- Drive results and be responsible for revenue growth, account penetration and profitability
- Interact and communicate with the customer on a regular basis to determine changing tastes and preferences
- Navigate the customer’s organization structure skillfully to build trusting relationship with senior level executives and influencers
- Develop a strategic, and comprehensive key account plan with short to long term strategy and opportunity pipeline that is in line with the overall business strategy and strengthen our competitive advantages
- Ability to identify, evaluate and drive technical marketing collaboration initiatives through establishing strong relationships across marketing and technical functions in the customer organization and facilitating value adding initiatives at the customer led by DuPont technical/marketing or engineering resources
- Lead account reviews and growth opportunity discussions with cross-functional team to accelerate opportunity realization
- Coordinate day-to-day cross-functional activities related to pricing, quality, service support, supplies and demand creation
- Update customer forecast regularly and ensure forecast accuracy
- Above 10 to 15+ years sales and business management working experience preferably from relevant industry, with a track record of success in dealing with complex selling cycle and managing key customers
- Knowledge of buying influences, negotiation, purchasing processes and value-based solution selling
- Strong initiative to identify growth opportunities, coordinate and drive actions to influence customer
- Ability to deal with complexity and ambiguity, handle conflict, and quickly respond to changing market dynamics
- Experience in managing a sales team
- Great communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Salary: 1500$-1800$
- Work Location: Ho Chi Minh City
