•    Build strategy that is in line with delivering revenue goals of the organization
•    Maintain pipeline accuracy and ensure close monitoring of revenue goals in line with annual set targets
•    Identify, develop, and lead sales efforts to both brand advertisers & agencies in Vietnam while also strengthen relationships with existing clients to grow and strengthen business opportunities
•    Understand products and platforms to drive sponsorship opportunities across channels
•    Understand the industry landscape and keep up with industry updates and insights
•    Build good partnerships with digital platforms such as YouTube, Facebook and others that are important for business growth
•    Mentor and support Sales and Account team to enable their individual development


•    8-10 years of digital experience in managing and driving digital business
•    Entrepreneurial skillset to work independently and come up with innovative business solutions
•    Digital skills across media, content, social, video and Search
•    Strong aggression, negotiation and problem-solving skills
•    Possess excellent understanding of local industry operations, in-depth relationship with key industry influencers and processes
•    Positive attitude, high commitment and friendly persona to be a part of the team
•    Excellent inter-personal skills to work collaboratively internal teams and external partners.
