Direct and oversee an organization's sales policies, objectives, and initiatives

Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales team to develop their skills to ensure that high professional standards are achieved and monthly sales targets and KPI target are met.

Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance, training, coaching, reward, and individual recognition.

Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly.

Provide sales support to the team, partners and customers to participate in closing or to facilitate and add value to the company“s sales and marketing process.

Maintain data and service relative to partners, accounts and activities and customer interactions.

Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.


Proven experience to manage and lead a sale team towards objectives and performances.

Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation, build customer and prospects relations, organized, detailed and quality oriented.

Excellent English and Vietnamese verbal and written communication skills.

Professional working style, undertake further development and intuitive both independently and or accordingly with management.

Bachelor degree In business or related field and at least 5 years related working experience.
