POSITION: SALES MANAGER
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Your Role:
• You will be joining the LOGIVAN sales team in one of our 5 areas of Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Danang, Hai Phong and Quang Ngai. You will report to a business development manager, an experienced sales person in your region who will also support your training and career development.
• As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for the following tasks:
• Meeting potential clients at conferences and events
• Contacting sales leads provided by LOGIVAN
• Conducting client meetings as necessary to build the relationship
• Working with your current contracts to sign their accounts with LOGIVAN
• Prepare contract for signing with client
• Keeping warm relationships with your clients to encourage repeat orders
• Participating in regular team meetings and training sessions
• Building and maintaining a strong culture of great team morale, cohesiveness and high-performance
• Working with Leaders of other department (Finance, Accounting, Product, Operations) to improve LOGIVAN's products and services
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• Great people skills and capability to work in an ambitious team
• Previous experience selling freight transportation
• Experience selling to manufacturers or selling SAAS is an advantage but not required
• Good organisational skills to keep lots of clients “on the go” at the same time
• A can do attitude to problem solving
• Being motivated by targets and always striving to perform higher
• Some English language is an advantage
• At least 1-2 years of experience
• Salary Rank: upto 1000$
• Work Location: Based in either Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Hai Phong, Danang or Quang Ngai
