 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

- To lead the delivery of top line through distribution channel for all baskets
- Develop and implement overall strategy, policy, channel development for direct and indirect partners
- Manage and expand SE footprint, ensure maximum market coverage for Schneider Electric products. Perform customer mapping. Identify and access key customers, potential market territory.
- Plan and implement Sales, MKT activities and other necessary action plans to fuel through the pipelines
- Manage Support Function Cost both direct and indirect (allocated costs)
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Education University degrees in Business and/or engineering degree
Working Experience 7 years working experience in electrical sales or channel sales of relevant industry
- Business Understanding Commercial profile with excellent understanding of markets, customers and channels
Understand company’s products and competitors is an advantage
Experiences in Route-to-Market optimization and demand generation a Plus
At least 5 years with Management experience
- Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills) Good command of spoken and written English. Computer literate and presentation skills
Good level of communication, ability to influence and convince
Accept to work under pressure, high commitment
Willing to travel – monthly to province
- Salary Rank : upto 1500$
- Location:  Ho Chi Minh City
