POSITION: IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

1.               Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications

2.               Knowledge on Microsoft Office, Active Directory & related services

3.               Configuring network devices: Wi-Fi, router, firewall…

4.               Troubleshoot problem with camera, printers, phone system…

5.               Onsite support & establish a good working relationship with end-users

6.               Knowledge on Linux/Open source, virtualization or Cloud is a plus.

7.               Other tasks will be assigned by IT Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1.               Good English, able to communicate with foreigners

2.               Team work, good behavior and can work under pressure

3.               Get motorbike & laptop

4.               1-2 years of experience in the field of hardware installation, troubleshooting computer, camera, printer, telephone system ....

5.               Workplace: Ô Chợ Dừa, Đống Đa, Hà Nội.
