JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Undertake the inspections of any properties to be proposed to be for sale
- Actively seeking new solutions and creating new opportunities maintain a file system for the completed sales reports.
- Manage, coordinate and review activities in sales in general
- Communicate with marketing manager and department head to plan advertising for project
- Creating a good and professional impression for project to potential buyers
- Endeavor to lead the team for achieving all budgeted sales target.
- Creating a good and professional relationship with the developer
- Advise investor (if needed) on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business.
- Identifying business opportunities with current and prospective customers.
- Analyzing opportunities by researching the industry and market trends
- Maintaining relationships with larger clients by providing information, support and guidance
- Following up payment process of the entire project
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Strong knowledge of real estate market in Vietnam
- Knowledge and extensive understanding of company policy/procedures required to successfully perform the role
- Excellent time management, MENTORING planning and forward-thinking skills
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with colleagues, customers and other persons
- Proficient in English (both speaking and writing). Chinese languages are a plus
- Possess strong confidence to speak to people of various educational and cultural backgrounds
- Must possess good decision-making skill
- 2+ years of experience is preferred
