JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintaining and updating a competitive analysis of all existing and planned developments in Ho Chi Minh City
- Establish and maintain good relationship with clients/ tenants to encourage feedback
Co-ordinate with other departments to maintain company image ensuring quality and standard at all times in order to keep up business.
Sales:
- Always update clientele with fresh information/ promotion about The Landmark.
- Approach potential and existing clients where necessary to promote and publicise the building.
Reports:
- Follow up/ update the reservation chart and room assign and month-to-date chart daily for sales lead
- Submit monthly reports to the Marketing & Leasing Manager including current leasing status, revenue schedules both commercial and apartment
- Co-ordinate and arrange company promotions and events.

- 1-2 years’ experience
- Salary Rank: 500$-800$
- Work Location: Ho Chi Minh City
