POSITION: Software Developer - Hanoi (upto $1000)


JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Provide technical support to project team members and handle complex application features and technical designs
- Identify/define tools, processes and methodologies required for the code development, code review and unit testing
- Ensure implementation of code review and unit testing processes to maintain quality
- Identify the various areas that require integration (i.e., modules, sub-modules, third party products, etc.)
- Ensure that the various integration tasks and details are included in the design documents and project plan
- Design and plan the build and release process. Communicate and get approval on the build process from all stakeholders. Make sure the responsible team members are assigned the ownership clearly.
- Communicate the build dates and plans to stakeholders to allow preparations at their end.
- Collaborate the testing of new software programs and applications with developers and stakeholders
- Assisting Software QC with the development of test plans and test automation
- Maintaining high quality project and software design documentation
- Provide remote level 2 internal support and troubleshooting for new and legacy Fortna WES systems
- TCP/IP network application design and troubleshooting

REQUIREMENTS:   
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or 3+ years of experience in software development
- 2+ years of Software development life-cycle (SDLC) experience with a sizeable product/project
- Time sensitive, high transaction based processing experience
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills to support US Fortna employees
- Ability to clearly articulate to project members and stakeholders.
- Must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources
- Proficient in object orientated analysis and design (OOAD) such as general design patterns and core object oriented patterns
- 2+ years of experience with some mix of C/C++/Java , SQL and Oracle, TCP/IP
- Ability to perform essential functions of the job
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, time management and problem solving skills
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally - minimal
- Flexibility to work late hours due to technical support aspect of the role
