JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

- Develop high-quality software design and architecture

- Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development lifecycle

- Develop tools, modules, functionalities, and applications by producing clean, efficient code

- Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting

- Use Agile development methods, the SCRUM methodology

- Use state-of-the-art development tools like Jira, SVN/Git, Maven 3, Jenkins etc.

- Suggest development, integration and deployment approaches for specific requirements

- Get exposure to the Java and open source communities

- Review and debug code

- Perform validation and verification testing

- Collaborate with internal teams to improve products

- Document development phases and monitor systems

REQUIREMENTS:

- Education: Bachelor of IT or equivalent

- Outstanding communicator and coordinator, ability to interact with multiple teams

- Extensive experience in software development, scripting and project management

- Strong knowledge in Java-web technologies

- Good understanding of Web Services protocols such as REST, SOAP and API design for

extensibility and portability

- Experiences with IOC (Spring or Google Guice), service design.

- User interface development experience using languages such as CSS, HTML/HTML5,

JavaScript or JSON Angular/React Js.

- Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies

- Experienced in open source solutions such as cms (Hybris, Magnolia), portal, social network...

is a plus

- Good at using CASE tools and frameworks (such as, Ant, Maven, Continuous Integration)

- Experienced in the design and architecture of medium & large-scaled web-based systems

- Good soft skills: group discussion leading, team working, problem-solving, presentation…

- Must be independent, responsible, self-motivated, with the ability to learn and achieve superior

results

- Willing and have strong methodologies to research new technologies

- Fluent in English both verbally and written
