ANDROID DEVELOPER

Job Descriptions:
•    Develop new features or maintain existing features of the Banking system
•    Conduct testing to ensure the features are delivered with relatively few bugs/issues and within deadlines
•    Communicate with other teams for technical supports when necessary
•    Ensure conformity of work to software quality standards
•    Excellent logical thinking ability
•    Good problem solving, collaboration, and communication skills
•    Comfortable in a Scrum team, using lean and Agile methodologies.
•    Experience in finance not required.

Requirements:
•    Programming languages: Java, Android SDK
•    Application development: application lifecycle, basic UI elements & layout, basic animation technique and best practices.
•    Concurrency: Thread, Handler, AsyncTask, Memory optimization and scheduling technique.
•    Network: JSON, REST API.
•    Good command of source code management such as Git/SVN
•    Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
•    Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
•    Understand the nuances of fragments and Android XML layouts, and how to create adaptive interfaces that work for multiple device form factors.
•    Initiative, self-starting, flexible and a quick learner.
